It was great to see so many people who believe — those who presented but also those who attended.

It is in the Eucharist where we find our true identity.
A core tenet of the Catholic faith is that the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ is made truly present in the Eucharist. But belief in the True Presence has waned in recent years, even among Catholics. And that’s a concern—because as Cardinal Seán teaches, “it is in the Eucharist where we find our true identity.” Jesus is Here was a chance for us in the Archdiocese of Boston to deepen our understanding of the mystery of Jesus’ presence with us—by listening to powerful talks on the Eucharist, by receiving Jesus in the Eucharist at Mass, and by adoring Him in a time of adoration and worship.
Now, we are called forth to go and live a Eucharistic life out in the world – to share the gift that we have been given.

Seeing the men who I know who are good Deacons, Priests and the Cardinal made it a special day with our dear Savior.
Adoration always provides me the best time to converse with my Lord and to publicly proclaim this through the Eucharistic Procession was very moving and powerful.
I had never taken part in a Eucharistic procession. It meant a lot to me to be able to proudly profess my faith to the world.
I have a very strong relationship with our Eucharistic Lord and was the Year of the Eucharist Coordinator for my parish. It was only natural that I would also be the group leader. I had never been to such an event. It was like Heaven on Earth!
It was during the Adoration. I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit.
The experience of being with and worshipping with so many people was uplifting.
Being surrounded by other Catholics, adoring, worshiping, is the most wonderful feeling. I know that God was with us!
There were moments at Mass, during the talks, in Adoration, in the Eucharistic procession, and in conversation with other Catholics whereby I felt a tangible encounter with Christ. [I was] especially moved by the procession, in seeing the passersby stop to give their attention.
Our Sunday Family Meal
Having been nourished by the Eucharist at Mass, families are then encouraged to come together to share a meal and celebrate the gift of faith we share in our family. We invite your family to participate in the Our Sunday Family Meal Prayer.
It comes complete with activities for children of all ages and is available in 4 languages.
Live Stream Adoration
Our Lord is truly present in the Eucharist, and what a gift it is to adore Him in the Blessed Sacrament! But, for whatever reason, we aren’t always able to make our way to a Church or chapel. Thankfully, the Internet can bring Adoration directly into our homes.

Are you a diocesan leader?
The Archdiocese of Boston during its Year of the Eucharist (from 2020 to 2022) recruited and worked with Year of the Eucharist Missionaries and Coordinators. Through these individuals, we were able to partner with parishes in their efforts to celebrate this Eucharistic Year.
